You’ll find the pure and simple taste of ripe tomatoes in every jar of LA VICTORIA® salsa. That simple truth is at the heart of how we deliver a wide variety of exciting flavors to your family every day.

Those same tomatoes have grown in the fields of California’s Central Valley since 1917. That’s when our family, the La Bacas, first introduced the world to LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce, the original recipe we brought with us from our native land in Mexico.

For more than 100 years, it’s been our family’s mission to create and share the very best new flavor ideas with our new neighbors in southern California. On the label of each new flavor, we introduced the industry’s first “heat thermometer” to help our customers find just the right amount of spiciness. You’ll find that same thermometer today on a whole new family of rich and refreshing flavors.

Part of honoring our family tradition also means helping families enjoy good food even when life gets busy. What does this look like?

Today, LA VICTORIA® Brand creates a family of simple, yet delicious recipes like Salsa Verde Chilaquiles, Chicken Salsa Stir Fry and Mango Habanero Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos.

We also support hands-on food education that helps teach kids where food comes from. LA VICTORIA® Brand brought a day of gardening to a local California elementary school to teach the next generation what we know to be true—that connecting with the earth leads to healthy eating habits and a deep appreciation for great tasting food.
