Air Fried Salsa Bites

Air fry these cream cheese and salsa bites for an easy appetizer. They are unexpectedly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup CHI-CHI’S® Restaurant Style Salsa
  • 8-ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 5 CHI-CHI’S® Burrito Style Tortillas
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Garnish:
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Serve with:
  • Guacamole

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine CHI-CHI’S® Salsa, cream cheese, green onion and seasonings. Stir until evenly combined.
  2. Spread ½ cup salsa mixture onto 1 tortilla.
  3. Gently roll tortilla, tightly. Wrap in saran wrap. Repeat with remaining 4 tortillas.
  4. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
  5. Remove rolled tortilla from saran wrap and carefully cut into 1” pieces.
  6. Spray avocado oil in air fryer and add tortilla bites. Spray tortilla bites with avocado oil.
  7. Air fry at 375° for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Repeat this process, frying the bites in batches.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and paprika.
  10. Serve with guacamole dip.
