- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 CHI-CHI’S® Fajita Style Tortillas Whole Wheat
- In large bowl combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread 1/5 of mixture over one CHI-CHI’S® Fajita Style Tortillas Whole Wheat and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining four tortillas.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Slice with serrated knife into 1/2-inch slices.
