Avocado Cilantro Salmon Bowl

Our HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa brings this classic salmon bowl to a new level. Filled with salmon, rice, avocado, pineapple and beans, this easy recipe is ready in 20 minutes!

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5-ounces salmon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cooked cilantro lime rice
  • 1/4 cup HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa
  • 1/3 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 avocado, diced
  • 1 green onion, diced



  1. In small saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook salmon, skin side down first 5-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Layer rice in shallow bowl, add salmon and drizzle HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa over top. Add beans, pineapple, avocado and green onions.
  3. Garnish with HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Avocado Cilantro, cilantro and black sesame seeds.
