Cilantro Lime Bowtie Pasta
Refreshing and light, this summertime pasta is great to enjoy by the lake, at a picnic or sitting on the patio.

Ingredients
- 12oz Bowtie noodles, uncooked
- 1 Can roasted corn, drained
- 1 Can black beans, drained
- 1 Pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 Cup HERDEZ® Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa
- 3 1⁄2 oz Queso Fresco, crumbled
- 1⁄4 Cup cilantro, chopped for garnish
Directions
- Boil and drain the noodles, according to package instructions
- In serving dish, add noodles, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes and avocado dices
- Pour HERDEZ® Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa over the noodles, and toss together
- Garnish with cheese and fresh cilantro
