Cilantro Lime Bowtie Pasta

Refreshing and light, this summertime pasta is great to enjoy by the lake, at a picnic or sitting on the patio.

  • 12oz Bowtie noodles, uncooked
  • 1 Can roasted corn, drained
  • 1 Can black beans, drained
  • 1 Pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 1 Cup HERDEZ® Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa
  • 3 1⁄2 oz Queso Fresco, crumbled
  • 1⁄4 Cup cilantro, chopped for garnish


  1. Boil and drain the noodles, according to package instructions
  2. In serving dish, add noodles, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes and avocado dices
  3. Pour HERDEZ® Cilantro Lime Salsa Cremosa over the noodles, and toss together
  4. Garnish with cheese and fresh cilantro
