Corn Cakes with Cinnamon Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 packet CHI-CHI’S® Corn Cake Mix
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup water
  • 15-ounces creamed corn
  • Honey Butter:
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Make corn cake muffins according to package instructions.
  2. In small bowl combine butter, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Top corn cake muffins with butter.
