Egg and Avocado Toast with HERDEZ GUAC SALSA®

An easy breakfast with good protein and healthy fat that's easy to whip up. We call that a breakfast win!

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 2 slices crusty artisan bread, toasted
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Suggested garnish: chopped cilantro or chives and diced red or green chilis.


  1. In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs. Sprinkle with salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or to desired doneness.
  2. Layer avocado slices, tomato slices, onion slices and radish slices on each toast slice. Top each toast slice with cooked egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with HERDEZ GUAC SALSA®. Garnish as desired. Makes 2.
