Suggested garnish: chopped cilantro or chives and diced red or green chilis.
In medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs. Sprinkle with salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or to desired doneness.
Layer avocado slices, tomato slices, onion slices and radish slices on each toast slice. Top each toast slice with cooked egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with HERDEZ GUAC SALSA®. Garnish as desired. Makes 2.
