Peanut Butter and Jelly with Bananas Quesadilla

  • 1 CHI-CHI’S® Burrito Style Flour Tortilla
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite jelly


  1. Spread the SKIPPY® peanut butter and jelly onto the center of the CHI-CHI’S® Burrito Style Flour Tortilla.
  2. Place the banana slices on top of the peanut butter and close tortilla corners over filling to form a square, pressing gently.
  3. Coat a clean skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-low heat until hot. Toast 1 to 2 minutes per side.
