Pocket S'Mores

Does your tortilla do dessert? This new angle on an old favorite is perfect for weekend treats. Simply fill your CHI-CHI'S® Burrito Style Tortillas flour tortilla with graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate for ooey, gooey fun. It can also be adapted for grilling and campfire fun. No poker stick required.

Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker squares
  • 1 CHI-CHI’S®Burrito Style Tortillas
  • 2 teaspoons semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tablespoon mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • Edible Eyes

Directions

  1. Place 1 graham cracker square in center of tortilla. Top with chocolate morsels, marshmallows, and remaining graham cracker square.
  2. Fold tortilla sides over filling to create a square pocket.
  3. Brush top with melted butter.
  4. Flip seam side down and place in a non-stick skillet, over medium heat; press firmly. Brush with remaining butter.
  5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave for 30 second increments until its melted and drizzle over top to make it look “mummified”.
  7. Add edible eyes.
