- 1/2 cup HORMEL® 100% Natural Taco Meats ground beef
- 1 CHI-CHI’S® Flour Tortilla
- 1 tablespoon CHI-CHI’S® salsa
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Spoon beef in center of tortilla and top with salsa, avocado and cheese.
- Fold tortilla sides over filling to create a square pocket.
- Flip seam side down and place in a lightly greased, non-stick skillet, over medium heat; pressing firmly.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
