- 2-pounds chicken wings
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup HERDEZ® Roasted Poblano Salsa Cremosa
- Add chicken wings to large plastic bag, season with salt and pepper. Add HERDEZ® Roasted Poblano Salsa Cremosa, seal bag tightly and shake to coat evenly. Let marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Grill wings on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until they reach internal temperature of 165°.
- Brush additional HERDEZ® Roasted Poblano Salsa Cremosa, if desired.
Tip: Flip wings every 5 minutes to help them crisp and cook evenly.
