Grilled Steak Salad with Guacamole
This flavorful salad recipe is packed with protein and topped with HERDEZ® Traditional Guacamole Mild. We use it here as the dressing – the creaminess of the avocado pairs perfectly with the steak.

					Ingredients
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
 - 1 cup spring mix lettuce
 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 - 1 cup cooked carne asada, sliced
 - 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/4 cup corn
 - 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
 - 1/4 cup crumbled Oaxaca cheese
 - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
 - 1/2 cup HERDEZ® Traditional Guacamole Mild
 - Crushed tortilla chips
 
Directions
- Add lettuce to medium bowl, toss with olive oil; salt and pepper to taste.
 - Add remaining salad ingredients.
 - Use HERDEZ® Traditional Guacamole Mild as dressing. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
