- 1 (1-pound) box rotini pasta
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen, charred in a skillet if desired
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1 ½ cups HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
