Hojaldras with Mole
Hojaldras full of flavor and tradition.
- ½ cup DOÑA MARÍA® Mole Original
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 6 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
- 30 small (4 inches in diameter) Hojaldra bread
- In 12-inch deep stock pot mix DOÑA MARÍA® Mole Original and chicken broth at medium heat until mixture is smooth. Add in rotisserie chicken and allow for mole sauce to reduce 3 minutes.
- Slice Hojaldra bread in half, add chicken mole mix to one half, then place the other half on top and enjoy!
