Ingredients
- 1 (10 count) packet, hot dog sausages
- 1 (1 pound) packet, HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Bacon
- 1 medium, onion thinly sliced
- 10 hot dog buns
- 1 (8 ounces) jar, LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce
- 2 ounces Cotija cheese
- 1 (15.5 ounces) jar, LA VICTORIA® Thick ‘N Chunky Mild
Directions
- Heat flat top grill at MED heat or substitute for a large skillet on a stove top.
- Wrap uncooked sausage with bacon in a spiral fashion. It might help to wrap the bacon on itself, use cuts on the sausage or you can use toothpicks to help keep the bacon in place.
- Grill the bacon wrapped sausages until fully cooked, adjusting heat as needed. Place in a large bowl and cover to keep warm. On the same grill, if space allows, grill vegetables. Onion will be caramelized translucent when ready.
- Toast Hot Dog buns to desired level.
- Prepare.
