Mexican Rice with Salsa and Green Chiles

  1. Rinse rice thoroughly.
  2. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine rice, salsa, chiles, water and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is fluffy.
  4. Add additional salt to taste if necessary and garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions.
