Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken thighs marinated
- 1 (.78) packet, HERDEZ® Pollo Asado Seasoning
- 2 cups cooked Mexican rice
- 1 avocado, halved
- 1 cup fried beans
Directions
- Season chicken with HERDEZ® Pollo Asado Seasoning, using the whole packet. 30-60 minutes at room temperature or 1-24 hours refrigerated for a deep flavor. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
- On a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat, turning the chicken, cook fully or until inside of chicken is no longer pink.
- Cut into bite size pieces and serve over rice with black beans, avocado and HERDEZ® Salsa.
