- 1 (8.25-ounce) jar DOÑA MARÍA® Adobo
- 3 ¼ cups vegetable broth
- 2 ½ cups Chihuahua cheese, shredded
- Flour tortillas
- In large stock pot over medium heat combine DOÑA MARÍA® Adobo and vegetable broth. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
- Melt cheese in microwave 2 minutes.
- Add melted cheese to adobo mixture.
- Serve in a bowl with tortillas to complement.
