- 1 (30-ounce) jar DOÑA MARÍA® Nopalitos, drained
- 8 ounces cooked and shredded beef brisket
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced serrano chilies
- ½ cup julienned red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- In medium bowl, place nopales and beef.
- Add tomatoes, onion, chilies and cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
- Mix well. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
