Shrimp Tostada

Loaded with black beans, lettuce, avocado and shrimp, these tostadas are quick and easy to prepare for the family!

  • 4 tostada shells, toasted
  • 1 cup canned fat free refried beans, warmed
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup corn, roasted
  • 16 jumbo shrimp, 3/4 lb, shelled and deveined and grilled
  • 2 tbs HERDEZ™ Traditional Guacamole Spicy
  • 2 tbsp HERDEZ® Salsa Verde
  • 2 tbsp HERDEZ® Chipotle Cremosa Salsa
  • 2 tbsp crumbled queso Blanco, optional


  1. Spread refried beans evenly onto toasted tostada and then layer with lettuce, roasted corn, HERDEZ™ Traditional Guacamole Spicy and grilled shrimp.
  2. Top with HERDEZ® Chipotle Cremosa Salsa
  3. Add crumbled queso Blanco if desired
