Shrimp Tostada

Loaded with black beans, lettuce, avocado and shrimp, these tostadas are quick and easy to prepare for the family!

  • 4 tostadas
  • 1 cup canned fat free refried beans, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup roasted corn kernels
  • 16 jumbo shrimp: shelled, deveined, and grilled
  • 2 tbs HERDEZ™ Traditional Guacamole Spicy
  • 2 tbsp HERDEZ® Chipotle Cremosa Salsa
  • 2 tbsp crumbled queso


  1. Spread tostadas with beans. Layer each with lettuce, corn, shrimp, and HERDEZ™ Traditional Guacamole Spicy.
  2. Top with HERDEZ® Chipotle Cremosa Salsa.
  3. Add crumbled queso.
