Sushi Style Deviled Eggs
This fusion recipe takes the classic deviled egg and adds a sushi twist! Packed with flavor in every bite, this recipe is the perfect appetizer to try something new!

Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, deshelled and halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of salt and pepper
TOPPINGS
- 1/4 cup crab meat
- 1 avocado, peeled & diced small
- 2 tablespoons diced cucumber
GARNISH
- Drizzle LA VICTORIA® Spicy Mayo
- Sliced green onions
- Black sesame seeds
Directions
- Carefully remove yolks from each egg and add to small bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Spoon equal parts of filling into each egg white half.
- Top each deviled egg with equal parts crab, avocado, and cucumber.
- Garnish with a drizzle of LA VICTORIA® Spicy Mayo, green onions and sesame seeds.
