Sushi Style Deviled Eggs

This fusion recipe takes the classic deviled egg and adds a sushi twist! Packed with flavor in every bite, this recipe is the perfect appetizer to try something new!

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, deshelled and halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

 

TOPPINGS

  • 1/4 cup crab meat
  • 1 avocado, peeled & diced small
  • 2 tablespoons diced cucumber

 

GARNISH

Directions

  1. Carefully remove yolks from each egg and add to small bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon equal parts of filling into each egg white half.
  4. Top each deviled egg with equal parts crab, avocado, and cucumber.
  5. Garnish with a drizzle of LA VICTORIA® Spicy Mayo, green onions and sesame seeds.
