Vegan Mole Chilaquiles

Try with Vegan Cotija Cheese and mole for a great new twist on this traditional breakfast, served in a new way.

  • 2 cups DOÑA MARÍA® Mole Ready to Serve
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons shredded vegan Cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, roughly chopped


  1. In large saucepan over medium heat, warm DOÑA MARÍA® Mole Ready to Serve
  2. Add tortilla chips, mix for 1 minute.
  3. Place on serving plate. Top with Cotija cheese, onion, avocado, cilantro and enjoy!
