- 2 cups DOÑA MARÍA® Mole Ready to Serve
- 1 (12-ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 2 tablespoons shredded vegan Cotija cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
- In large saucepan over medium heat, warm DOÑA MARÍA® Mole Ready to Serve
- Add tortilla chips, mix for 1 minute.
- Place on serving plate. Top with Cotija cheese, onion, avocado, cilantro and enjoy!
