Cheesy Mexican Stuffed Shells

Mexican and pasta night combined is a dream come true. These cheesy, ground beef stuffed shells make for a delicious dinner the whole family will love!

  • Chopped cilantro


  1. In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onions until meat is cooked through and onions are translucent. Add CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Stir in cream cheese and 1 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium.
  2. Coat bottom of 9×13 casserole dish with 1 cup of taco sauce.
  3. Stuff each shell full with ground beef mixture and add to dish. Pour remaining taco sauce and CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium over top of shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
