Cheesy Mexican Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1-pound ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 packet CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 4-ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium, separated
- 12-ounce bottle taco sauce, separated
- 22-25 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
GARNISH
- Chopped cilantro
Directions
- In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onions until meat is cooked through and onions are translucent. Add CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Stir in cream cheese and 1 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium.
- Coat bottom of 9×13 casserole dish with 1 cup of taco sauce.
- Stuff each shell full with ground beef mixture and add to dish. Pour remaining taco sauce and CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium over top of shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro.
