Crunchy Chicken Wrap

A quick, nutritious lunch for one! This single-serve recipe for a Crunchy Chicken Wrap is packed with flavor and made extra delicious wrapped in our CHI-CHI’S® Whole Wheat Tortilla.

Directions

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in medium pan, over medium-high heat. Season chicken generously with 1 teaspoon CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning Mix.
  2. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Set aside to rest.
  3. In small bowl combine sour cream and remaining 1 teaspoon CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning Mix.
  4. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  5. Spread sour cream mixture onto tortilla. Add chicken, then add WHOLLY® Smashed Avocado, lettuce, tomato and crushed CHI-CHI’S® Classic Tortilla Chips.
  6. Heat remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil in pan.
  7. Roll tortilla into a wrap, tucking the sides in and place flap side down onto pan.
  8. Cook wrap on low-medium heat until slightly crisp, flip and cook same on other side.
