Grilled Fajita Pizza with Suprema Salsa

Easy, delicious and totally customizable. Enjoy easy grilled pizza to give your grill a break from the standard burgers and dogs.

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA® Salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half, grilled and cut into strips
  • Grilled yellow and green bell pepper strips
  • Grilled red onion slices


  1. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. On lightly floured surface, stretch or roll each dough piece into a round. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 15 minutes.
  2. Heat grill to medium. Remove wrap from dough circles and brush one side of each with oil. Carefully place oil side down on grill. Brush top of dough with oil. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove crust from grill and spread with salsa. Sprinkle half the cheese over salsa. Top with chicken, peppers, and onions.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Place pizzas back on grill. Cover and grill 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
