Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 cups pumpkin seeds, dried for 24 hours
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ packet CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning
- In medium bowl, mix pumpkin seeds with butter. Add CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread onto parchment lined sheet pan and bake at 325° for 20-35 minutes, or until seeds are brown. Stir every 10 minutes.
